Notes

Feeling the legs turn over a bit more here, legs opening up and getting used to running quicker, race mentality developing as well. Ignore time, just good to be feeling better mentally, not its all about PRACTICING RUNNING FAST striding sprinting. Once I get the ability to biomechanically run fast, on top of my aerobic base THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN.
