Took Monday off, felt achy and sick. After mile 1, I decided to push it a little harder than usual for a 4 mile tempo. I was hurting with about a mile to go. Last estimated quarter, I pushed it as hard as I could and felt I needed to shave some time. I wanted to finish in 22:00 min (5:30) but that's ok, I know I ran faster and more consistent than last time.
