I felt a little tired after the first one. The second one, I started strong, the 65 sec lap felt easy. I was getting pumped and gonna hit a 2:09. I was deadass wrong, between 400-600m I ran out of gas and my kick couldn't even save me.

I wanted to work down from 32 to 30 and stay at 30 for the rest of the set, I couldn't find a cruise speed and I felt beat up still from the 800ms. I said fuck it and turned it over the last two reps. Good workout.
