Notes

Worked on adjusting my stride, I want it to be more flexible and still feel natural. The inflexibility of my stride throughout the years, in my opinion, was a factor that slowed me down as a runner. I have the long legs but never used them fully. Getting stronger and fitter, good first week of training.
