Notes

Yesterday I weighed myself and looked in the mirror and said

"AJ it has been 4 months since you've ran and you've already reached 210 pounds and your girlfriend thinks you're less attractive. You need to move the legs again."... Naw I'm just kidding.

After some research, I've devised a 5K workout plan that will be much more efficient on my body than previous plans. My goal is to reach goal times at a much lighter strain on my body. Workouts will be more precise, mileage will be lower, and long runs will be more controlled. I'll keep posting on here like before. I must point out, everyone has been very fit and running good workouts!
