1 mile warm up, 3 mile tempo, 1 mile cool down

mile 1: 5:35 min (5:35)

mile 2: 11:22 min (5:47)

mile 3: 16:52 min (5:30)

Began to feel tired at the end of the first mile, I felt tired and had the uphill for the second mile. Towards the end of the second mile I felt recovered and was ready to gain some ground for the last mile.Last mile was hard and had a couple hills but I'm glad I stuck it out and showed some fire. Great workout. Going to work on balancing my pace for the first two miles. The goal is to even split and naturally negative split the last mile with great form.
