Notes

2 mile warm up, 8x200m, 2 mile cool down

I forgot my watch so not sure how fast these all were. My rest was 200m jog and 30 breaths. Im guessing that is under 2 min. there were 4 teenagers playing soccer in the infield. I asked one of them to time my last 200m. He recorded 26.62 but I think he started too late. I would like to guess the last one was

26.7 - 27.0 secs

(6/10) I'm very happy with all these workouts especially with only 25-30 mile weeks. However, I need to be careful because of my low mileage I am very prone to injury from workouts. Hip was a lil achy, so took today off.
