The recovery felt too long, it was a 1K because I was jogging back to the start. I ran this on a bike path incline. I wanted every rep to be on the incline. Similar to the Oakland Hill workout in Ames. However this workout was a lil towards the anaerobic side, high intensity with long recovery.
