1 mile warm up, 3.06 mile tempo, 1 mile cool down
accidently went a little too far at the turnaround. I ran one mile out, started the tempo, ran to the turnaround, went back, ran past where I started the tempo, and continuted the tempo for one more mile. Ultimately ending where I started my warm up mile. Calculations aren't 100% accurate.
mile 1.03: 5:57 (calculated mile split: 5:46 min)
mile 2.06: 12:04 (calculated mile split: 5:56 min)
mile 3.06: 17:42 (5:38 min)
First mile was relaxed, most of the mile was downhill. second mile was hard because it was uphill and windy. last mile was the hardest, I was tired, continued to have hills and the wind. Glad I kept my composure and my form, didn't breakdown.
