I got done watching the Karate Kid so I was already amped up before the workout. Great workout, I had a wind disadvantage at times so I had to be strategic. All last 200m splits were even, consistency and control was the goal. The last one I shorten the rest to 1 min, I need to stop babying my body and show I got some hair on my balls. The first 200m of the last rep was 32.3 sec, I didn't like that, I decided to chang gears and split the last 200m around 29-30 sec.
