2 mile warm up, 2xmile 2 min recovery, 2 mile cooldown

mile 1: 5:14 min

mile 2: 5:06 min (70-71 sec last lap)

I couldn't get on two tracks so I had to use a concrete middle school track. It was a hot late morning, 85 degrees. I was originally going to do 3 but I was not feeling it after the first rep. So I cut one and made the second one a good one, followed by 3 100m strides. Got to man up and finish the workout next time. Glad I'm still making progress on my speed, need to work on endurance and aerobic fitness a little more. The issues most likely lies from a very low mileage plan but the miles are getting longer each week!
