Good workout, felt tired throughout it. Had rain and winds over 30 mph. It was more windy than the outdoor Augustana meet 2 years ago. Consistency determined how good the workout was. All splits were between 1:24-1:28 min. The fastest one I ran was a 1:22 min. Controlled and tiring.
