Notes

Not very fast -strong headwind and just not feeling very sparky. Hardly surprising given last weeks mileage and halfway coming down with something. However, feel much better now for having run. It would be nice to up mileage by 2 miles this week again, then ease up next week with a race at the weekend. Run within tolerance this week though too, or else I'm going to burn up.
