was supposed to do: at 10min 10 x 2min @ 1min
instead did 8 x 1km strength intervals, i.e. at half marathon pace. was aiming at 4:15s but my pace judgement was kinda aff. hopefully didn't go so fast as to waste the session benefits though. More like a speed interval set maybe, but a bit too variable.
