2 mile warmup, 10 mile @ GMP (9:09). 70 with 100% humidity, gross out, but I was able to finish. I made quick stops for water, did 2 mile loops around the lake. Took a gel at mile 5. Felt tired and the last 2-3 miles were pretty hard - especially that last mile - I felt like I was hanging on... avg HR inc 2 mile wu - 159
