20 miles done, phew. Cardio was great, but my legs just felt kind of dead. I was aiming for 11/10:45/10:30/10:15 splits per 5 mile, but it felt like once I got into the 11 mpm rhythm I just couldn't go any faster! Weather started out cool, about 55F, by the end it was 75F.
