Forgot to turn the garmin back on after the tempo portion. 7 miles with 4@GHMP. 1.5 warmup at 10:20/10:10. 4 miles - 3 at 8:20, then stopped to take a break because my HR got pretty high. Then ran another 0.5 at 8:20, then slowed last 0.5 miles to 8:27 so I could finish. Just didn't have it today. Either still recovering from race, or weight class took it out of my legs yesterday maybe.
