Notes

1 mile warmup, 6x400 at 8:00 with 2 min jog recs, ~0.5 mile cooldown. Felt pretty good. Last couple were definitely harder. I may have been able to go a bit faster on these, but haven't done speed work in a while so I opted to be conservative.
