Notes

30 minutes very easy (level 2) on the recumbent bike. First real cardio workout since July. Woo hoo!!! (Foot was fine during exercise, though it's a bit sore now with evening swelling, typical.) Also seem to have this nagging hip pain on same side that I felt months ago. I figured 2 months of lying around would have let it heal up, but nope, still there...
