8x200m@5k pace w/100m recs. Chose 8:57 (6.7 mph) on TM based on a 2:15 HM. Probably should have gone harder - this wasn't terribly challenging. My HR the first mile was incredibly low - I am getting into shape! I calculated the amount of time it would take to do those distances (1:05 min/55 rec). Peloton app has true splits.
Just realized - last week I did 300m int at this same pace and said it was too easy lol duh
