Hardly any sleep last night - girls stayed up well past 1. This was a tough run. My cardio was fine but very tired legs. I so wanted to quit after 9 but forced myself to keep going, was going to stop at 12, but once I got to 12 I felt slightly better than mile 8-9, so I did my planned 13 after all. It doesn't always keep getting worse. 71/67DP - yuck.
