1.5 mi warm up, 10x400 @ 8:00 (5k-10k pace specified) with 400m jog recoveries (done at 10:31), 1.75 mile cool down. I was getting tired by the last couple, but could have done more, so I think I chose a good pace. Wish I had lapped on the gps to see splits but oh well.
