Was thinking to go long and very easy today. But, I was still pooped from yesterday. So, I kept it easy and went a medium distance. My legs were shot today, especially the last half. I had on the nike frees, so it was a little hard on the legs, even though I kept stride correct.
I just wanted another 25 mile week, I think. That was the biggest motivation for todays run. I also wanted to see if I could to it with the nike frees.
