Ran slight shorter distance, but faster pace today. Felt good. Middle 2.8 miles were run at exactly 10 minute miles at about a HR of 130. So, that is basically a MAF test. So, 10 minute MAF pace was not just a fluke day. Allowed maf to go high on some fast downhills and uphills, but only briefly.
