58% humidity. Decided to do a short tempo run for a change. Felt very aerobic. Nice easy long strides. Breathing was hardly at all initially and 3 x 3 toward end. Legs did start getting heavy. HR was high the rest of the night but finally settled down to normal. I hope I did not over do it. I was trying to gage whether to run a 5k race on Thursday.
