Tempo run - felt crappy. Did not have the bounce I had a few weeks ago. Four 0.8 mile loops. Each loop saw dropoff in pace. First loop close to 8 min mile. Last Loop close to 9 min mile. Picked HR=150 because that felt about right. I could have gone faster but I felt I was near and still under threshold, so I stuck there. Definitely do not feel as energetic as did a few weeks ago.
