Best Tempo run ever! It was also very short. I just wanted to wake up the muscles for faster running. Never once did I feel this was any trouble. I felt completely aerobic. I was most encouraged by the fact that HR came right back to below MAF during the warm down. HR not coming down in the past was usually a good indication that I over did it.
Oh, and the Brooks T6 racers felt awesome today.
