Decided to turn workout into MAF test, because I felt like running at MAF today. Today was going to be a shorter workout, so I wanted to do it slightly more intensely. Was glad to see that MAF is OK. Some days it is more like 11 min. And some day it is in the middle to lower 10s. It is clearly about 1 minute better than it was last spring. A little warmer today. Back to the 70s. Much less drift today.
