What a great day. Sunny, sun low in sky, dry cool. Felt great. One of my best runs of the year. Low HR today, after a few days off. If this was a MAF test, it would have been in the low 10s today based on the pace of the third interval. A few days ago it was 11. Just goes to show you how much MAF pace can vary day to day based on all kinds of factors.
