so i know this isnt running, but it should count as a run because its a ten mile bike ride and it was really beautiful and it was in a national park here in canada and we didnt see any moose but i saw a chipmunk. something bad happened that day though because i threw up a lot when i got home so i cant run today (im writing this the day after i went biking) so this biking should count as a run. also that day we went on a little hike so that also counts as working out. basically if you dont count this as a run youre not a very nice person
