Right knee felt alright during the run but once I stopped and sat down in the truck it started to hurt pretty good. Currently resting with my ice pack on my knee. What is another kick in the nuts is that now I’ve developed Achilles Tendinitis in my left leg and that hurts like hell. Lots of stretching and calf raises in the future.
