Notes

15-20 mins warm up stretches followed by 1/2 mile walk. Super extra easy pace with the recommendation from my Physical Therapist. Pain was 1/2 and never increased. If pain increases to a 3/4 I need to stop. Post run stretches for 10-15 mins.
