Looks like you're definitely getting in some miles this week. Hammy must be holding up ok? I plan on getting most of my weekly miles done by Friday evening so I can easy run Saturday/Sunday before T-Rex on the 4th... in case you care ;)

Alright so now you’ve got me re-evaluating my weekly plan. In the back of my mind I figured that 15 miles on Saturday might not be the smart thing to do and I really do want to run a good race on Monday. Maybe I’ll go out twice tomorrow and/or add something in on Friday so I can have a short easy day on Saturday.
I can’t explain how excited I am for September but I don’t want to wish summer away. I’m having too much fun running right now. I’m always looking forward to the next run.
