My legs were tired from yesterday's 5 but overall it was pretty easy

I fully expected your legs to be tired today, since you had your longest run in a while yesterday. A short job should help you bounce back quickly. The beauty of the way God designed our bodes is that when we stress them, our bodies don't just adapt to meet that stress, it over-adapts to meet that stress plus a little more. But, that only happens if you let your body recover with easy running, That was the point of today's workout.... recovery. Good job!!
