Nice cool morning. Long day yesterday and just didn't make time to run. Taper szn in full effect, I guess. Khiem's in town for fellowship interviews. Got some great fat sushi late last night with Khiem and Chu Vu. New tracksmith shorts feel pretty nice. Got stopped at 2.5 by a cat that got loose from his home. Had a collar with a phone number on it. Didn't know what to do, so I just chilled with it for a few minutes, then left to finish running. Didn't see him on my way back, hope he's okay. Strides felt smooth at the end.
