Real tough day out there with Chris, Evan, Emma, Jamie and Paul. 90% humidity did not make for a good time. Struggled the last few miles, but glad I got it done. Legs are so tired from this block. Just need to rest and freshen up for Chicago. No water or fuel on this run. Real depletion feels.
