Decided to run again today because of snow in the forecast. Set my watch for 35 min like yesterday, but only made it about 32 min.--felt tired and was just getting to the uphill grade at the end of the course. Walked quickly/run slowly to the 5K turnaround (45 min--virtual 5K).
Today I did not take the car because the road was muddy/clear. So on the return I had to climb the steep hill at the end. That always wears me out. Wonder if that will ever change?
