OHR W5D1, 30 min. then walk/run to turnaround. BB Lane on way back (no bluebirds). I drove the car and started my run past the mud. Got tired and sore on the way back, so I was glad when I got back to the car and that I didn't have to slog up the steep part of the hill (not to mention the deep mud!)
I don't know why I got so tired on this session. Just wasn't all that energetic, though I made it. It was a beautiful mild day; I was hoping for a really good run.
