Interval train, treadmill, 1.5% incline. My calf didn't loosen up until the first interval. The first one was tough but fine, the second interval felt very difficult, and the third interval I had a side stitch 0.3 in (which loosened up with a few deep breaths), followed by a bit of pain in my right quad, and my stomach turning and being very nauseus to the end. I did finish all three and finished the run at a consistent 11:32mm pace.
