I ran the first 2 miles easy and then the next 3ish i went tempo, after that i finished with an easy two. The run was pretty hard but at least i got to listen to matt talk crazy the entire way back (note to self i think the running is getting to matt we might need to have to have a sit down talk with him. Ill start notifying all of his family and loved ones... and rick.)
