Notes

Good run. Added some inclines...every 1/2 mile...2%, 3%, 3.5%, 4% for half mile each w/ flat in between for a half. Also did 1/2 mile at -2% and -3%.

Followed with:

4 x 25 push up on Bosu.

3 x 60 sec plank on Bosu.
