Headed out with BH, KQ, JC, and SR for a long ride. Heading down Rt 11 just before Shickshinny, I was 4th in line, SR behind me. Order was JC, KQ, BH, BD, SR. I dropped back slightly to pick up SR who just fell off the back, we were back about 10 yards. A water bottle popped off KQ's bike, I swerved left to avoid it, and went over the top hard. Bike just stopped...not sure if I hit a pothole or what. Bad shoulder pain, blood everywhere - deep knee gouge, fingers, arm, etc. Ambulance ride to the ER, nothing broken. Separate AC joint (collar bone from shoulder) and stitches in the knee. Pulled out of IM MT a few days later. Out of action for a few weeks.
