With RS for 4.5 miles (he was having a tough day). Then pulled away from there to get an easy 10 in. Feeling good, rolling along at an easy pace. First 4.5 real easy, then picked it up slightly to easy 8:10 pace. Just covering some miles. May head out this afternoon with Greg Polk (displaced to Mt Top due to flood). Extra mileage won't hurt.
