Bad side stich about a minute into the run. Couldn't shake it...hurt bad. Had to walk about 10-12min to get rid of the cramp. Then never could get back into a running rhythm. Ran/walk the whole rest of the way...typically running 2-3min...walking 1min. Running the flats and downhills...then walking the uphills. Pissed with that run becuase I otherwise felt good...good legs. But...I AM AN IRONMAN!!! I'll be out for revenge soon!
