Notes

Felt good today. Rolling along well...not pushing at all. Never checked the watch until I was finished...just kept it steady and smooth.

Yesterday:

200 push ups: 10 push ups every minute for 20min.

(Harder than it sounds. Alternated wide and close grip every set. Supposed to go 30 min but had to cut it short.)
