Notes
On treadmill due to storms (and heat / humidity). Weighed in at 150 prior to run...drank 32oz (2 lbs) of gatorade every 8 mins...weighed in at 148 after! Lost 4 lbs of liquid...running inside at 74 degrees. Average HR on the treadmill about 10 bpm lower than running ourside. Did notice the avg HR going up as my body tired and I became more dehydrated near the end.
