Planned an interval for the outddors...but with the rain decided to stay in. Great workout! 20 min run at reg pace; next 20 min at 2 on, 3 off (4 intervals at roughly 5:45 min pace) ; 17 and change min run reg pace...quit at 8 miles on the dot.
