No excuses - didn't have the mental toughness to push through my planned workout today! Planning easy 3.5 to Ice House; Intervals for 3.5 mile loop around Rice; easy 3.5 miles back. Got to Ice House OK, did the intervals - although poor planning as all the hard efforts were up major hills. Just didn't have anything left in the tank coming back in the Ice Lakes. Gave up mentally at 7.75....walked it in for the final 2.5. Pitifull! First bad day in a while...put it behind me and move on.
