Notes
Did a workout of 12x400m @ 5k-->3k with 1:30 standing rest. Times were approximately (I accidentally deleted the splits): 69, 68, 70, 69, 68, 68, 66, 66, 67, 66, 65, 63.
Wasn't supposed to be a hard workout, and I was actually supposed to hold at 68 to 72, though I was feeling like I wouldn't really have gotten enough out of this workout if I had stuck with the paces without speeding up at the end. Nothing hurting per se, but definitely need to stretch out the hamstring during my 1:30 rest in between intervals.
Finished with 4x100m stride, though I was feeling surprisingly tired for these.
