8x1mile @ tempo.
The first 5 were with Eric who was looking really strong today on a really hot afternoon. Struggled a little on the 4th, 6th, and 8th for some reason. Wasn't totally spent at the end, but between the heat and imperfect hydration, I didn't do 10 reps like I was originally thinking about doing. Pretty good workout. Nothing crazy, just putting in some good work.
